In the Pain arc he was their "god" and konan their "angel". So I assume Konan took over after Nagato died, but what about after Konan died? The citizens of Amegakure have to be freaking out lol. Also why dont they have a part in this alliance? They are in fact a ninja village like everyone else if Im not mistaken.
