Tobirama and Minato switched places.
Tobirama took Obito to where Miato was hit by Naruto and Sasuke, and Mianto went to where Tobirama was with Obito. Apparently the floating TBBs are not attached to Obito, thus they were not teleported with him.

I think Tobirama swaped minato with jubito(who was getting hit with the blaze release rasengan at the time)

Basically! Naruto and Sasuke made some FLAMING RASENGAN BOOB ATTACK. 2nd hokage put a seal on Minato, and Juubito. Then Minato jumped in the way of the rasengan, and 2nd hokage swapped Juubito and Minato with hiarshin so that Juubito couldn't dodge the attack.
Then it blew him backwards and now he's covered in amaterasu

Firstly you have to watch the two or three pages beforehand...took me a second read TBH (kind of a fail when I look back on it).
1. Tobirama and Minato Mark each other with FTG.
2. Sasuke and Naruto are charging Obito.
3. Tobirama teleports behind Obito.
4. Using the seal on Naruto, Minato teleports in front of Naruto and Sasuke (where he gets hit).
5. Minato and Tobirama use a collaboration FTG Jutsu and switch places.
6. Tobirama and Obito teleport to where Minato was (taking the hit), Minato teleports to where Obito was with the Bijuu Bomb balls around him.
7. Tobirama teleports away to escape the attack (bottom right of the last page you provide)
