as for naruto i dont know what the hell he did in the first top panel

but he sensed limbo when it came out

Naruto senses shadow madara approaching
Sasuke throws his katana at it, misses, naruto suprised/off guard
Madara is also suprised by katana, cancels his jutsu
Shadow madara sends naruto flying in this moment

Scan two is simply lacking clarity due to quality of scan. The manga image ( original copy ) would be much clearer. This is also why I don't subscribe to the sasuke tomoe theory that's popular on the base atm.

As Naruto states, he can feel the other Madara, so how was he thrown away if he could feel that and logically could counter that? and..... I dunnow hahah, i really appreciate it if someone tell me what exactly happened scan by scan =D

It's simple though. It is true that Naruto can see it, but can he predict that Madara is going to use it?

Simply put, Shadow madara and Madara are most of the time one person. They separate only if Madara uses the Jutsu. In the specific case you addressed, Naruto was fighting Madara alone, and suddenly, Madara used Limbo on a very short distance. You can say the time between the appearance of the Shadow and Naruto's sensing was short enough so that the only thing Naruto could do is to block the attack.
