As of yet we do not know the fate of the Kage. We could assume that they are still alive though it is possible that Tsunade has already died saving the other four.

they are all barely alive, tsunade is healing them with katsuyu, katsuyu is worried about tsunade as usual, and so she heals tsunade anyways, even after tsunade tells her not too, so yep, they are alllll alive and well.that is my theory.

Madara went all Hashirama on them and it looks like they're on the verge of death. But It looks like Tsunade(who got cut in half!) will give her life to save the other kages
