[Discussion] What happen to Neil on Bleach

I meant the small girl who was a former espada, i just watch bleach this few days ago since theres a lockdown and i fell in love with the anime but i cant stop my self i wanna know what happen to her after the aizen arc or after the fight on the hallow base. Can some one tell me?
