Basically left her for dead, that or he discarded the body somewhere, if anything I say kisame disposed it since he did have a paranoia of people that would snitch plus kisame doesn't exactly treat traitors very nicely. So either kisame destroyed the body via samehada or obito simply laid her to rest next to nagato.
