Gon put a resolve on his nen, [to be brief, think of it as similar to the resolve and restriction Kurapika placed on himself regarding his ''Chain Jail'' ]
This allowed Gon to tap into his potential, by ''sacrificing'' himself, it was said he wouldn't be able to use Nen because he was literally destroying his body to be unable to do so.

Still not sure why Killua didn't ask him/her to teleport themselves right beside Gon in the first place instead of letting so many people die in all that chase. Save Gon arc seemed to have too many unnecessary deaths..
The only explanation that I've got is
because Alluka's main ability is to heal. Killua simply didn't want to take advantage of his ability to control Alluka. His main priority is to heal Gon. Killua didn't wanna use Alluka for other reasons as long as he can but when it comes too his family, he has to use it. He might not expect the unnecessary deaths or he just didn't care about it.
he sent Ilumi back just by wishing. At first I laughed. Then I was like, wait ,he could do that!! ... then why not do it? Even if he didn't want it at first when he started seeing people die he should have... or it doesn't matter if anyone else dies.. what is life in this verse? His grandpa made quite a face at accidentally hitting Kamugi in chimera arc and claimed it was the first time it happened for him. But in contrast it doesn't look like this was such a big deal for his family or with the verse in general. Body pile is just a number. 67 people died; over and out.

a possiblility could be that Alluka wishes cannot be used on herself.. making it impossible to teleport herself...
Another could be that Killua really did not want to use Alluka's Power unless it was absolutely necessary
Or the way request works is after Tsubone gave up her nails he never cashed in on that wish. As he said healing only puts Nanika to sleep.. saying he would teleport the maids could have been a cop out....
I tend to lean towards my first idea since no one has every made a wish involving Alluka or "Something"
Zeno is probably what you call an honorable Assasin... in his fight vs chrollo he even said that he doesnt kill for fun or anything but because thats his job .. it was the first time he kilt someone that wasnt apart of his job... ( they may also do background checks on the people they assasinate, Killua hinted this in 1999 version with ninja girl dad)
