What Happand with The Senju Clan!?

Hi this is my first Thread so im sorry if im being a dumbass

Question one: How did Senju Hashirama die? He probably died in The first or second War..but how!? Who or what killed him? you would think that when the "God of Shinobi" dies we At least get to know how he died. Its kinda a big deal.

Question two: What happened with the Senju Clan? same thing with Hashirama its never really explained is it? its not an official clan anymore the only person that is alive and is recognized as a Senju is Tsunade. Btw what happand to her father? The son of Hashirama!?

Maybe even hashirama himself cant explain all this,can you Hashirama?

I'm not sure if Hashirama even had a Son (hasn't been mentioned that I can recall) ... only been mentioned that Tsunade was grand-daughter. Maybe he had a daughter who married someone from another clan ... and surname would change thru marriage. Just my thoughts.
