What got you into Anime/Manga?

every once n a while i'd be up rediculously late/early and catch speed racer or astro boy. can't say i was all that interest in either of those shows but from then on i'd introduce more anime. G-force Guardians, ronin warriors, etc til finally i ended up on toonami like everyone else. Sailormoon, DBZ, Gundam etc.
