But sakura has perfect control over her chakra , she is just nerfed, so your thread is invalid.
The shade is that she can punch the floor, in base, which is strong enough to damage a goddess that only someone in the 8th gate could do .

She's primarily a support ninja, fighting isn't her main and yet she's one of the top shinobi in the leaf currently offensively lmao Yet, next to none of the offensive ninja can pull off her support feats

She uses her huge battery for 100 healings, you know regeneration does not take a teaspoon of chakra. Especially regeneration on the level of Hashirama senju

Edit: And to heal thousands of people simultaneously if she needs to, of be a chakra battery for someone else...power up her own jutsu, boost her abilities...
