What good guy would make a good villain?

I think Naruto would make for an awesome villain. Nine-tailed Fox "Demon" in him. His perseverance to keep on trying and never give up would make him a b**** to be up against if you leave him alive cause he'd probably try and get much stronger. He grew up hated so he'd have a legit reason. And his TnJ would be him manipulating others. Naruto would be better as a villain Lol

Naruto would make an excellent villain. Granted his evilness would probably make him unable to be friends with Kurama.
But he has the perfect childhood to be a villain.

Other than him, Kakashi would have been an outstanding villain.

Yamato would be interesting with his Mokuton. Sai too, if he was actually strong. His past is suitable for a villain and his powers could compliment that style.

This^^^. With his upbringing, it would have made sense for him to flip the switch instead of Sasuke. Four tails Naruto would be unstopable for most shinobi
