I personally currently listen to Pop, Country, Hip Hop, R&B, Love Songs, Rock, and Decades music. I'd listen to so much more (likely everything in fact) if Pandora didn't limit me to 99 stations >_> Yes, I "could" switch to another service, but Pandora's capabilities are enough to tide me over- a very impressive service. I just wish they'd lift that limit... (though honestly I'd need +300 stations to satisfy my tastes hehe).

If you give genres an honest try, it's amazing how i can grow on you :)

Excuse me? Where is the section for "soundtracks", particularly VGMs?

Video Game Music would go under Electronic ^_^

Thanks for voting everyone! I'm surprised so much of NB loves Rock though, I'd assume Pop to triumph .-.

No it wouldn't. Comes under soundtrack like movie scores.

Well the sort of songs listed in his link were (from a largely cursory view) were Electronic. Granted the categorization depends on just what video-game we're talking about.

I used to listen to Video Game Music, but alas, I've had to cut it due to the darned 99 station limit on Pandora >_>

Mainly like metal (minus these sub genres: glam, most power, most symphonic, nu/alternative), hardcore/punk (incl. crust, grind, thrashcore, crossover, metalcore/metallic hardcore, powerviolence, skramz, old school emo), grunge/alternative, hip-hop and the occasional blues/jazz/soul/reggae.

Like the odd pop music like Shakira, Taylor Swift, MJ etc. Nothing wrong with some chill, easycore music too!

Not an elitist, though sometimes act like one.

Fave band: Alice in Chains

Dats bout it.

Alternative, Indie & Jazz predominantly. Throw in a bit of J-Rock & Soundtrack music for good measure.

It's difficult to define my taste by genre though, I just prefer any song with the right beat- regardless of artist or genre.
