Should've done this earlier before the hurricane of G4 threads blew through but oh well I forgot.
G2 increases Luffy's blood flow to increase speed. The force of his attacks gets a slight boost in power also. As a side effect, it drains his stamina.
G3 increases Luffy's bone structure to giant proportions to give him a huge increae in power. However, Luffy sacrifices speed.
Luffy used both G2 and G3 against Doflamingo, but both were useless. When Luffy used G3, Doffy effortlessly reacted to it by setting up Spider's Web and Luffy had to pll his punch back. Wih G2, Doffy said that it has a lot of speed but lack power. In response to this, Luffy bit the skin, tissue and muscle of his arm and said "Gear....4."
G4 will combine both G2 and G3.
G4 will contract Luffy's muscles and accelerate them beyond their limits. It will increase his brute strength and the speed that his muscles can move. Luffy will lose his ability to stretch but his new abilities more than compensates for it.
G2=Blood for speed
G3=Bone for power
G4=Muscle for speed and power(it will have less speed than G2 and less power than G3. Pretty much the full package and balanced)
This new limit break will also help Luffy to ignore his pain and injures. However, it doesn't last long, its hard to control and it will cause his muscle structure to gradually fall apart and will cause him intense pain when it wears off. Its very similar to the 8 Inner Gates in the series Naruto.
Edit: Almost forgot. Luffy also hasn't mastered G2 yet. Red Hawk is the prototype for G2 mastery. With G2, Luffy body temperature increases and with G2, he concentrates the blood into his arm and the temperature gets so high that his arm bursts into flames. CoA is mandatory for his elemental resistance(and increased endurance, durability and power). It keeps Luffy from burning. Full body CoA with a full body Red Hawk is the complete G2.
