This is probably as close as it can get in terms of layers/development. Hēi and Yin equivalent to Naruto and Sasuke. Though I feel like Mao and Huang were developed much more and better than Sakura could dream to be. And I like Hēi much much much better as a MC than Naruto. But that's just me. Is it bad that it took less than 40 episodes for these characters to be developed so well while Sakura has been around for over hundreds of episodes and pales in comparison?

As for YYH, I feel the main 4 were developed better than Naruto's main 4
