[Discussion] What form will Gerard take?

Now that we saw Lile's Frieza like transformations that leads me to believe Gerard will get the same treatment. Especially when we saw his eyes glowing and his cape suddenly expanding while demanding the soul reapers attack him at once. What kind of transformation do you guys think he will get. I'm thinking some sort of bird or bird-like creature like a griffin.
