No by the time Luffy is PK he will beat them on his own to surpass Roger, and Zoro cant be in that fight since Mihawk is his final opponent. Before anyone says Akainu is Luffys final opponent Akainu isn't a PK level fighter and is already in his prime. It will go like this imo Luffy vs Gorosei, Dragon vs Kong, and Sabo vs Akainu.

I agree with luffy will go against the Gorosei with zoro and sanji as well fighting another member of the group. Zoro's final opponent will be Shiryuu/Shiliew with Jozu's Diamond Fruit. The highest point of swordsmanship is cutting diamond, a feat that even Mihawk can't do. Zoro will beat Mihawk, become the WSS and fight Shiliew in the final clash of One Piece: The Strawhat Pirates vs. Blackbeard Pirates.

The SHs will get to the last island in the New World and Shanks, the Red Hair Pirates and Mihawk will be waiting there for them. They all will fight and the SHs will win. The BB pirates shows up and Shanks n'company will intercept them to allow the SHs to reach Raftel.

Luffy will take on all the gorosei members on his own? I'm pretty sure that won't happen, at least not in this manga. Plus that would defeat the purpose of the op storyline, luffy isn't the only person who is relevant, remember this adventure is not only his but the strawhats so putting him against all of them would be...meh...

Mihawk might not be his final opponent, thre's a theory going around saying shiryu, the swordsmen of the BB pirates will zoro's opponent after receving Jozu's fruit, as some said above me. But...even though I like the theory I hope it's wrong.
