Rinne Tensei. It allows the user to revive others at the cost of massive amounts of chakra (Usually death). Yes Naruto/Madara can do it as well.

Nagato revived everyone by using Rinnegan. Madara cannot do it unless he's mortal. And last thing.... are you trying to ask whether Naruto will get the rinnegan or not? Then no he won't get it.

Madara stated only an alive person can become the Ten tails Jinchuuriki, and so only Obito could revive him. That means an Edo Tensei'd shinobi can't use 7th Path of Pain jutsus, that is, can't use Nagato's Gedou Rinne Tensei no Jutsu.

So, the only shinobi capable to execute such skill is Obito.
