I know the question was not directed to me. But Imo it wasn't Vacuum Air Palm, but it was Full body blow which in combination with her overhelming amount of chakra could destroy even PS.

OT: In Theory it should work as long range Gentle fist attack. It should push back enemy as it is push force but it's main property should be dealing internal damage to body as Closing chakra points, damagin chakra's circulatory system etc.

It could shut down optical nerves in Uchiha making their special eyes useless. It could shut down nerves on body or specific part of body making any KKG useless. However Kishi wouldn't want to make it OP so he make it as just pushing force which is essence is weaker version of Shinra Tensei.

I'm pretty sure if Neji applied more chakra/force in his hand, it would be a lot more productive.

Byukagan gentle fist are more converged power than explosive.

THIS!!..It depends on the amount of chakra neji puts in the attack,wen used against kisame it was for a team combo tactic which required a small push to knock kisame off balance so ten ten can blow him up which required him to still be in range..why would he giv kisame a more powerful push to knock him out of there attack zone?..hopefully i made my point lol
