Sasuke is in a tier of his own. He shouldn't be compared to foddara who got easily sliced in half.

No, it was called a Rinnegan and it had tomoes because it has the power of 2 Rinnegan in 1, that is why he as able to use CT, he doesn't have limbo, stop bullshitting.

Limbo is accessed by any wielder of Rinnegan (specifically the ones who awoke it); Hagoromo was the first wielder.

Seeing it can draw a connection between the 2. Also obito didn't have time to master rinne and he borrowed his. Also we don't know if he could see it because madara never used it near him.
So therefore sasuke being able to see such a hidden technique means he can probably use it. Only probably that's why i made the thread, I'm not saying he can

That's an assumption lol if it's a rinne technique he can. The rinnegan is still a big mystery but if you put 2 and 2 together than it leans more on the side that he can use it
