When Kabuto said "What Orochimaru-Sama created is on a completely different level from what Danzo prototype" did he mean orochimaru was involved in combining real madara with hashirama's cells or creating an edo Madara with superior combination of both cells?

no danzou had hashi cells on his arm but it was nothing coomparfed to what oro did with madara

and yes oro created the edo madara we seen today

yeah the face is on the heart which will probably make the cells spread faster and it's much better than the one danzo TRIED to control xd
