What exactly does Madara want?

Its understandable for Obito that he want to bring back Rin in an illusion but what does Madara want? Does He want to bring back his brother or just take control over the World?
Tobi/obito under Madara took revenge on the Uchiha clan, he helped Itachi kill all of uchihas because they didn't support him(real madara).
From the look of todays's chapter it looks like he only wants Power, he never himself dreamed of a world filled with peace. I really think that he is doing all of this just because he is selfish or elso whats the reason.
