What Evidence Do We Have That Suggest Yata Mirror Is Not Invincible?

(1) Madara himself stated it was invincible, and if anybody is a reliable source on that stuff it would be Madara. Madara doesn't go around exaggerating or building up egos for nothing.
(2) Databook- therefore Kishimoto- stated that Yata Mirror chanes properties to render attacks useless. How can you argue with the Author?
(3) We have nothing to sugest it isn't- the few things that have hit have been rejected.
(4) Absense of Evidence is not Evidence of Absense. Yata Mirror has been built up to be invinicble, was suggested by both knowledgable characters and Kishimoto. Obviously it is to be seen as impenetrable.

Well, one could argue that the weakness is the fact that it is absolute hell on Itachi, who has low stamina, and a MS, meaning that overuse will cause blindness.

Kakuzu could attack from both sides of Susano'o with his masks, Sasori hundred puppets can surround and attack they dont have to go to the mirror(Im not stating Kakuzu, and Sasori can beat Itachi but im stating their options of attacks that wont be effected by yata mirror)

Guy can easily run behind Susano'o and trash it with Hirodora. I hate when it seems they have to attack the shield, no they can avoid it all together.

It is possible. But even if that is the case an attack with a too area like a TBB wouldn't be blockable with Yama Mirror since it's simply too big.

But Kakuzu and Sasori are both > Itachi. And yes, Naruto character's logic is unprecedented, not in a good way.

There are two databook translations. One saying Yata Mirror deflects all while the other says it only delects elemental attacks. Itachi supporters will obviously agree with the former while those against Itachi will obviously agree with the latter.
