What ever happened to Minato's gift to Naruto?

The truth no jutsu. Fugaku uchiha became impotent after itachi hit him in the junk with a kunaii during training and Mikoto wanted another child so he asked minato to knock up Mikoto. He'll give Naruto a half Brother. SASUKE!!!
