What element are they using??

Most of them use special jutsus based passed down by their clan. Lee can't use jutsu only taijutsu. And Sakura and Ino's healing is light. Shikamaru's is dark I think.

I agree...but still wouldn?t it be possible for them to have an affinity for some element? If they only have their clans special jutsus then seriously they suck.

Even Lee, because he could infuse nature chakra into his taijutsu. I think he just can?t do ninjutsu or genjutsu, but he still has chakra.

shikamaru uses shadows(so he doesen't need any element), ino uses medical nin and genjutsu, chouji uses taijutsu and ninjutsu , lee only uses taijutsu and kekegenkai so we have no info
