yeah indeed many characters from other mangas are named minamoto...but i told you the source of it is from japanese mythology

Although the name was pretty difficult to remember and hence I changed my username to my RL nickname, 'Sach', which is basically short form of it.
Also few of my NB friends coincidentally started calling me 'Sach'. Then I changed it to Chelsea for a long while, who is actually my favorite character from 'Akame Ga kiru', before switching back to Sach again.^^
It is also one of my seven nicknames that I have in my real life, this name is given to me by my senior who was great Death Note fan and made me read Death Note, just after I caught up with Naruto, before a long time ago, which is also an interesting coincidence.
