What does Wind Release do?

Wind release revolves around the air itself, since wind is such a versatile element it typically depends on the jutsu, in general wind release is meant to act as a concussive or destructive force of nature such as a hurricane like temari. It really does depend on the jutsu since wind holds no definite form or shape.
