Honestly i keep going on nd on bout it but i can't figure out the power kishi was talking... Is it jst me or is this weeks manga really confusing!!!

it could mean about a something whats written in the scroll. as sasuke said in his shocked expression "this is it". meaning he figured something out and needs to confirm it with oorochimaru. now as to why they put those same words on the page with madara and tobi is a mystery. maybe he will end up running into madara and fighting him

Maybe Madara has a curse mark, on the last page ofchapter 592 he is shown holding his neck right after Sasuke speaks of his curse mark and Orochimaru. Madara already has two powers Rinnegan, Susano'o, and possible a curse mark hence the title " The Third Power".

The last image shows it I'd say. Sasuke standing between Tobi and Madara is the third power that influences the war. Before, he didn't play a role in the war and didn't care, as he said to Tobi. Now he does and directly will affect it.
