if you click the green flag on the top right of your post you can see how much uve gotten

you also can add rep to other players by clicking there green flag

each 100 rep you get the longer the bar gets

It's something to do with how much rep you have (the green bars under your name) and the sayings vary depending upon how many green bars you have or red bars you have

when other members click on the green flag at the top of one of your posts... they can do it either for random reasons or because they consider the content of your post to be worthy...

when someone rep you, you get a number of rep points that depends on that someone's rank, i.e. if a genin rep you, you'll probably get one rep point, but if a sannin rep you, you'll get around 7 rep points... and your total rep points will define the number of rep bars you have... i think each 100 gives you one more rep bar and each 50 will change the narrative that it shows...

you can check your total rep points at the bottom page when you click on User CP, and it will also show the latest 5 members who repped you...
