Does Base Naruto one-shotting an Otsutsuki with a COR mean that Naruto is stronger than he was in War Arc and now fully capable of casually pulling off such a feat, or does it mean that Momo was just weaker?

Let's put Kaguya in Momoshiki's scenario. She isn't immortal, and was just smashed point blank with the father-son COR. Does she tank it, or is she completely destroyed like Momo?

I would also like to note that it wasn't a normal COR as normal CORs aren't able to leave the hand and launch off into space at such amazing speeds. Nothing more to that, just wanted to put this out there

It means nothing. Momoshiki has no special durability so a Giant Rasengan killing him isn't any surprise. If Kaguya got hit by that she'd absorb it. Hokage Naruto is at most equal with himself during the War.

And that COR was only able to accomplish what it did because Boruto added the spin and throwing abilities his own Rasengan has.

Kaguya would wipe the floor with Momoshiki. They are not even remotely in the same weight class, durability or power wise. The best I could surmise was that Kaguya was worried Momo might be able to absorb her chakra and attacks. Or maybe she was just paranoid and didn't know the extent of his power.

At any rate, lame-ass TBBs that were tanked with a Kurama Cloak don't match up to Kaguya's overall abilities.
