Wasn't the real him. I'm thinking the white haired guy is actually Juha Bach and that he wanted Yama to show his bankai so he could steal it.

I concur, Must not be the real Juha Bach...Perhaps it's the power of his long haired subordinate that was with him earlier? He seems to have vanished from the field. maybe it was him and the real one was watching to analyze Genryusai's Bankai in order to steal it maybe?

who knows maybe it was aizens illusion making an illusion of the blond subordinate to seem as juha bach thus aizen being the main villain lol! anyways we cant be sure if it was the blondie or someone else..we just have to wait and see in the new chapter some of kubos trickery
