Not really. The term Choku Tomoe refers to Sasukes and Madaras own Sharingan. The special Tomoe is a unique propertie only Madara and Sasuke have shown-according to chapter 674.
Madara doesn't know why Sasuke got them too, but it's due to Indras chakra. That's the special connection of Sasuke and Madara in this case.
