It wouldn't be hard to piece together, though.

Sasuke knows the Fourth gave up his life to fight Kurama, and he has already seen Kurama inside of Naruto.

Adding in the fact that they look alike (which really makes the whole village look dumb for not realizing this sooner), and I think Sasuke can piece it together on his own. ...Hopefully.
