I think he means that Obito wont be the one to kill Naruto because sasuke wants to "erase the past" aka kill Naruto.

Combining this recent one with a few previous scans....I believe he means he's targeting Kurama...but basically he will be the one to Kill Naruto.

He is basically saying that the one who is going to kill Naruto is him! He is trying to cut off the "past" I think he is referring to the bijuus! Even Gaara said so once: that theys are only relicts of the past that they are trying to get rid off!

You can tell if you look at the pic closely the only one who is cut is Naruto!
It seems that he is fine with Sakura and Kakashi.... which is somewhat surprising because up till now he was trying to cut off the bonds to them all now he seems to direct that intention only at Naruto.

(Well the SasuSaku fan in me can't help but be happy even though its foolish )

I think he means he will be the one to kill Naruto. He saves Naruto from Obito's attack and says "Not you" and then says "I will be the one to erase the past" so basically saving Naruto from Obito is showing he wants to be the one to kill Naruto and wont let anyone else try to
