ok obviously people he does not know sarada (well) so i cant even put her on this. If she were to be on this id insert her after itachi for the mere fact that hes her daughter so he has to love her, but I can never see him loving anyone more than Itachi).

1.Itachi (He has an unnatural obsession with his brother)

2.naruto (brother / his one and only friend / soul mate... "no homo" (for the anti sns out there, but they are technically soul mates / reincarnates who feel each others pain and want to die together or for each other and other "no homo" stuff, lol)

3.konaha (why else would he be on a 12 year mission? or come back to protect it when narutos gone in the last movie. He also wanted to be hokage).

4.himself (I put himself after naruto because dude was suicidal 693-699. To me he seems to want naruto to kill him, or at least fight for him to live. He also would have given his life to orochimaru to kill Itachi so he isn't exactly the narcissist we think he is (hence still being one armed and he also cared more that narutos arm came off more than his own), he doesn't love himself that much and more cares about Naruto's well being).

5. Sakura (his love for her is still very very very...very debatable. Kishimoto is still coming up with how they got together).
