What does Naruto's power-up really mean?

So Naruto has the orbs behind him, two little staff-batons, and all the chakra of the bijuu to whatever extent... I don't really understand how this is the senjutsu of the six paths. I thought the orbs were connected to the juubi jinchuuriki. Is the fact that Naruto has fractions of the 9 bijuu in him the reason he has access to this powerup? If so then has he even used his chakra from the sage yet? I'm very confused

I don't think Naruto was using his new power since they fought Madara. Why? Do you remember when Sasuke told Naruto if he remember the power gave by the Hermit into him? I wonder what power is that. Well, it only means that there are tons of techniques that Naruto might gonna use using the power given to him. Anyways, those black stuffs are just because he has all the tailed beasts in him.
