[Question] What does Low class member mean on NB ?

Okay recently i received Negative REP saying Low class member i thought it was just a taunt - comeback but then i thought it meant something what does it mean something or is it just a silly word to insult ?

If someone neg repped you for being a low class member You should talk to an admin about it so they can investigate why cause the reason isn't somewhat accurate, the only way someone can neg rep you is if you have done something to recieve that neg rep. Did you insult or bash that member?
