Law has mentioned Corazon saving his life a couple of times in the past few chapters (or once? I don't know if I'm exaggerating). It makes sense, if he does have a terminal disease and Corazon cured it. It might be one of the reasons why Law himself became a doctor. I also have a mini (completely speculated) theory on the Op Op fruit... What if Corazon was its original user?
