What does Kishi have planned for Sakura in the war?

Well at the moment she will be a combat medic.

The rest depends...if she plays support, she will probably back up Kakashi, Darui and others in order to bolster their attscks on Obito.
If she plays offense she will engage Madara as Ninjutsu doesn't work on him.


She might not do anything spectacular because it might be for the final team 7 confrontation that she does something.


Besides she already made a HUGE contribution....she figured out what Zetsu was doing....it prevented a lot of unnecissary deaths in the ASF as it allowed for people like Shikamaru to create plans to keep people from randomly fighting.
