Most Uchiha are mentally unstable so, imo shouldn't be that hard. The only real problem is the Sharingan reading your movements.

Raikage's strongest physical attack was liger bomb. Sasuke survived that just fine. Guillotine drop would do no grave effect, thus only raikage would die.

the main thing around uchihas is genjutsu, if you can neutralize that you've won 50% of the fight, clones can easily get around that, shared vision of the rinnegan, or being a sensor would also help greatly. Secondly, is the fact that they can read your moves, this would mean that if your taijutsu is average, you wouldn't want to fight one in cqc.

Techniques that obscure and diminish eyesight are a godsend against uchiha. Zabuza with his hidden mist jutsu is a fine example of this, also, Kabuto's dragon sage technique that blinds ppl, I'd imagine being able to attack them from great range would help as well.


Uchiha's are troublesome, but they're not the most troublesome, any character with a combination of techniques I just mentioned would easily beat most uchiha, skilled or otherwise.
