in real life my farts smell like sulfur-containing compounds, such as methanethiol, hydrogen sulfide (rotten egg smell) and dimethyl sulfide together with skatole and indole
and if I would eat a lot of meat my farts would actually become (mildly) poisonousness because of the skatole
