[Discussion] What do you would punish more?

This is something i discussed with my brother once
If you had a rapist and murderer who would you kill and who would you spare?

I would kill the rapist because rape is like a wound it wont heal the females that get raped would have that pain their whole life

A murderer kills but he just kills its hard but its not as much suffer as rape

Makes no sense. You choose death over keep on living. Instead of overcoming your worst fears, you chose to surrender to them. Life is more important than dignity and honor. You may lose them, but you can retrieve them.

Kill the murderer. Punish (humiliate) the rapist until he regret being alive and begs for death.

Definitely murder. Not condoning rape or anything, but the psychological harm can be ameliorated over time, whereas murder cannot be undone. And never forget the emotional turmoil that the victim's relatives will undergo.

the rapist. the victim has to suffer from trauma and stuff for as long as they are alive, the murderer's victim's suffering ends with his life.


but if i could kill anyone on earth, it would be those who think that there exists something better than bacon. they are the true scum of humanity.

Depends on reasons. Murder might have a justifiable reason in some cases but rape does not have that.

Btw males get raped, sometimes by women. Animals get raped too.

Well Rape is disgusting and well it destroys your pride it exposes humans
If i would have to chose an i would not be able to fight back
I would choose to die its just so disgusting if someone is doing something on my body

And if a rapist rapes one of my family i would kill him without thinking for a moment even if i have to go to prison
rape is pathetic and also im absolutely sure the reason for any kind of sexual crime or act is fun
Killing has different reasons maybe the killer had a special reason to kill the person thats what i think
