He would had the same quasi-friendship he had with Naruto before Itachi arrived to capture Naruto. By quasi-friendship I mean Sasuke would consider Naruto his best friend but would rather kill himself than admit it. They would still trade insults back and forth like they used to but each would know the other had his back when it came battle. Eventually, the relationship would have improved and the two would may have started doing what normal best friends do, instead of just training together.
