So we know that obito has the MS along with hashirama's dna and he's able to spam kamui anytime he wants. So do you think if shisui would have the same amount of hashirama's dna as obito do you think he can use kotoamasukami any time he wants too? We know without the dna it takes a decade to reuse it but Danzo was able to reduce that time into a few hours and he had partial dna. If shisui was able to do that he would be the strongest Uchiha.
