I think you're crazy to even think of that. First of all it a baby! Second I don't think it should be a parents choice to give their child a tattoo, especially when they can't think or decide on their own. Third, you must remember that it's going to be there for life, what happens years later when your passion for Naruto dies, you gonna think, why did I have to do that. Also imagine when your child grows up, you think he would want that tattoo? You don't know that.
