What do you think would have made naruto better?

Here are something I think that would have made Naruto better.
1.A shorter War arc-

the arc was just soo long. I actually dropped the manga at one point because it started to bore me but I picked it up again.

2. Kishi should have either made Madara the final villain or developed Kaguya better-

I actually preferred Madara because Kaguya was shallow to me. She was a god but she was practically running from Naruto and Sasuke and separating them.

3. No pairings or better development-

they all had bad development. The first pairing moment for like just about all the pairings was like chapter 699 and 700 and NH got all of its moments from the last and chapter 700. Like everything that was called a "pairing moment" for like some of the pairing was just moments but not pairing moments because they were one sided( ex: NH,SS) or didn't happen (ex:NS).Like for NH Kishi should have started it from the Pien arc by giving Naruto a sight change of heart and consider Hinata or something instead of making a movie to justify some bad writing.I don't like when his bad writing is justified when some people say"Naruto was worried about war" That makes Naruto sound one dimensional and in real life there's soldiers that worry about war and family. Kishi should have make Sakura get over Sasuke because it would have helped her development.If he wanted NS to happen he should have gave Sakura a change of heart and this also would probably of helped her development.

4. Sakura Haruno's Development-

Now I'm a Sakura fan and I think she is a cool character but unlike some people who thinks this :Sakura>NV... I actually understand her development is flawed. I think Kishimoto should have focused the story equally on her,naruto,and sasuke. I think Kishimoto should have made her stop liking Sasuke.He should have shown more of her so say genjustu abilities.I don't like how Kishimoto just completely developed her in the war arc by giving her the byakugon seal and making her activate it and everything else so quick it the war. It should have been a process through out shippuden. She could have started off without the seal but with her strength and some genjustu abilities, than around the Pein arc get the seal with a bit more genjustu abilities than in the war arc she can fully unlock it and more genjustu abilities. I think what would have helped her development and made her a more fuller character.

An arc either between Land of Waves and Chunin Exams where Naruto and Sasuke were actually friends doing missions together. To be honest I think Kishimoto even planned something like that, but his editors made him cut short

I can agree with these especially the pairings. Some of them I new were going to happen but then there was Choji and Karui some of these really should have been given more thought/attention.

2-better development (in general). None of these points would really change anything unless you drastically change the story/plot for that specific change. Kaguya being developed could have explained future events and things that happen earlier in the manga. Shortening the war arc wouldn't fix the issues of past arcs or the problem with the kaguya/IT arc. Pairings weren't even the focus of the manga so there wouldn't be any change.

5.Obito turning evil becuase of Rin 6.Sakura haunting Sasuke ^^ 7.Kishi should've payed attention to other characters(most of characters are useless)8.Nerf Kekei Genkai!

Explanation about Madara/Nagato/Obito speeches about peace (ppl got too much confused,most of the fans can't take Obito,Madara,Nagato as villains,most of the fans be like :are they good or villains)?

I thought you meant better development for pairings, but better development in general is probably the best option. Most peeps complaints (imo) are about stuff being half way done or just lacking in general.
