Naruto would probably use it to help everyone.
Sasuke would probably use it to revive the uchiha
Hinata would probably use it to stalk naruto more (lol)
Sai not sure
Sakura would use it to make Sasuke aknowledge her and fall for her
TenTen not sure
Shino im not sure i wanna see what he would do but it would probably end up with him creating some gigantic bug
Kiba he would use it to become the first dog/human hybrid hokage
Shikamaru is too smart he would probably bury the power deep down and forget all about it
Gaara wouldnt do anything with it
Temari same thing as gaara
kankuro samething as his siblings either that or create the ultimate puppet
Lee would probably use it to make sakura fall in love with him and use it to revive Neji so they could finally have their fight as rivals
Neji wouldnt use it he would figure it would tarnish his narutos and hinatas sacrifices they made thruout the series
