Mei - Lives
A - Leaning on him living
Tsunade - Being half cut and potentially using Katsuyu to heal the other Kage gives her extremely low possiblity of living
Onoki - Leaning on him probably dying. Age is not on his side. Though Karin may be able to heal him though

So unless Oro has a miracle up his sleeve, Tsunade is the least likely to survive all this and may die.
