I think he probably uses the same techniques as the Hyuga but on a far greater scale and probably uses some of Kaguya's techniques such as eighty gods vacuum and rabbit hair needles but a little weaker.

I can see him using some OP gentle fist stuff, he also had TSB so maybe he some kind of TSB+byakugan fighting style or something. Hamura had tenseigan(albeit later on).

Well, aside from dojutsu he seems quite skilled with ninjutsu. And he seems like genjutsu type, different from his brother that appears like someone skilled with taijutsu.
I really wanted to see his training with Kaguya though.

Pretty sure the Gentle fist style is Hyuga invented, so he didn't use that.

He probably used his Byakugan to the same extent that other Otsutsuki used it. To see someones chakra network and that's pretty much it. 99% sure that he inherited Kaguya's bone KKG that was then passed down to the Kaguya clan over time. He likely could do everything that Toneri did. He possessed truthseekers, so that's something. I would say that he could manipulate every elemental nature and had complete mastery over chakra like Hagoromo.

Basically all of Kaguya's Juken feats because he had her chakra like Hagoromo, but unlike her he would've been a genius fighter like Neji.

And with his body he should've been able to enhance his power similar to 8Gates but without negative effects, part 1 made it clear the Hyuga's power allowed them to enhance their chakra flow which is basically what Gai's taijutsu is.

I would also add Kaguya's bone KKG because it covers the Byakugan's blind spot and Kaguya clan only originate from the Ootsutsuki clan he founded
