if i had to say a jutsu you use in combat like close range fighting it would be the rasengan, especially if you have good chakra control that is a lethal jutsu.Also amaterasu but you need to be close by to use those 2.
long distance fighting i say chibaku tensei, you would get crushed easily and you would need a even stronger jutsu to counter it.
there are so much its hard to say and explain them all.
