As far as I can tell, Half of madara in kamui world is more than capable of killing at the very least, Sakura. Sakura is the device for the story that was going to destroy obitos eye, so logically Madara is aiming the rod at Sakura to stop her from taking out the eye. Personally I don't think kishi has the balls to kill off a team 7 character, especially Sakura (although it would solve potential pairings) so in my opinion I think Sasuke will some how do something to pull madara back into the real world or at least try, and madara will try to resist in time and it will sort of be like a tug a war. This will give us solid confirmation that Sasuke has Time Space Manipulation Ability. During this time maybe obito will warp Sakura and him or just Sakura to the living world. I feel like Kakashi should rightfully get an eye back but I'm not sure how Kishi will incorporate it if Obito is left in the dimension while at the same Obito's eye is the key to getting out of the dimension so it's not like he can activate it then pull out his eye. Unless a portal can be open for a few seconds. The only way is if Obito dies in the real world and I just feel like his resting place will be in Kamui. Also I am assuming obito is going to kamui the rod away from Sakura, and that will give black zetsu an edge to overwhelm obito since obito will use more power.

Once Madara gets his double rinnegan he will have almost all power the sage and kaguya had (missing half kyuubi, and like 5% of each tailed beast, 1/8th of the eight tails, and the chakra fruit[the total chakra mankind has = contents of fruit]) and he will be able to use creation of all things and create a new body after Sasuke has cut his old one in half or use izanagi, izanagi derived from COAT
